All products are handmade and may have slight variations, making each one unique. Turnaround time is 2–3 weeks plus shipping. The Sign Sisters is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or misuse of products after delivery. By purchasing, you agree to our Terms & Policies.

Shipping Policy 

Thanks so much for shopping with The Sign Sisters. Every single product we make is handcrafted with love (and a sprinkle of sister magic). Because our items are made to order, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for us to design, create, and package your order before it heads your way.

Processing Time

• All orders are handmade in the order they come in — no dusty, pre-made products here!

• Our current turnaround time is 2–3 weeks. This gives us time to carefully design, create, and quality-check your product so it’s perfect when it arrives.

Shipping Time

• Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it on its journey home. 🏡

• Shipping time will depend on where you live and which shipping method you choose at checkout.

• Heads up: Shipping time is in addition to our processing time.

 A Quick Note About Delays

We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, but sometimes things happen that are outside of our control — like postal delays, high holiday order volumes, or material shortages. If something like this pops up, we’ll keep you in the loop!
