1. Handmade Products
All of our items are handmade to order, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in color, size, or design are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
2. Processing & Shipping Times

Our current turnaround time is up to 2–3 weeks for designing, creating, and packaging your order.

Shipping time is in addition to our processing time and varies depending on the shipping method and your location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or delivery issues once the package has been marked as delivered.
3. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is custom-made, all sales are final unless there is an error on our part.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged in transit or a mistake on our end), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
4. Custom Designs

Custom designs require full payment before design work begins.

We reserve the right to refuse designs that include copyrighted material, offensive language, or inappropriate content.
